James Snyder

James G. Snyder focuses his practice on fiduciary litigation and routine probate and guardianship matters. Coming from a background in Estate Planning and Administration, James excels at analyzing estate planning, probate and guardianship documents to find the best solution to a client’s problem.

Personal

A native of Fort Worth, James moved to Dallas after law school to work for a Boutique Wealth Law firm. James then work for the Honorable Judge Brooke Allen Public in Tarrant County Probate Court No. 2 as the Public Probate Administrator. While with the Court, he assisted individuals with small estates, developing strategies and solutions to administer property in an economic and efficient manner.
